We offer standard shipping through our shipping partners, with free all mainland India shipping for orders over 499 INR.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times vary by location and shipping option. Standard shipping in India takes 3-7 business days. Please note that external factors like Covid restrictions and courier issues may affect delivery times, with a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 10 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your order here.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

While we pack and ship with care, if your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
Unsatisfied with your purchase? You can return it within 5 days, from the date of delivery, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We’ll issue a full refund of the product’s price upon return, excluding shipping fees.
Refunds take 5-7 business days from receiving the returned product.
Please note, we may refuse a refund if the product isn’t in its original condition/packaging.

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
Refund amounts will deduct return shipping costs.

Cancellation

Contact us within 12 hours of order placement to cancel.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled; however, we’ll refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) for unshipped orders.
