    Bitter Gourd, Ginger, Garlic, Cold Pressed Sesame Oil, Red Chilli Paste, Kashmiri Chilli Paste, Green Chillies, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Mustard, Fenugreek, Vinegar, Curry Leaves and Salt.

    How its made?

    We start with fresh bitter gourds, making sure they are clean and ready. We slice them into small pieces and then sauté them in a pan in mudhome sesame seed oil.

    In another pan, we sauté a blend of green chillies, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves until they turn a nice golden brown. To this aromatic mix, we add a blend of red chilli and Kashmiri chilli paste for the right amount of heat and color.

    The sautéed bitter gourd slices join this flavorful mix, simmering gently over low heat. We carefully add a mix of hot water, vinegar, and salt to enhance the taste. Turning up the heat, the concoction bubbles and melds to perfection. Finally, we add mustard and fenugreek powder, along with a touch of asafoetida, completing the transformation into our tasty Bitter Gourd Pickle.
