    How its made?

    Creating our tasty Mudhome® Garlic Pickle is a simple yet careful process. We start with the best garlic pods, making sure they are fresh and full of flavor. We sauté the peeled garlic pods in a pan with our cold pressed sesame oil.

    In another pan, we sauté a combination of green chillies, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves until they turn a rich, golden brown. Then, we introduce a blend of red chilli and Kashmiri chilli paste to add just the right amount of heat and color.

    The sautéed garlic pods join this flavorful mix, simmering gently over low heat. A carefully measured mix of hot water, vinegar, and salt is added to enhance the taste. Cranking up the heat, the concoction bubbles and melds to perfection. Finally, we add mustard and fenugreek powder, along with a touch of asafoetida, completing the transformation into our delicious Mudhome® Garlic Pickle.
