How its made?
Making our tasty Mango Pickle is like creating a special dish. We start with the best, fresh mangoes, making sure they're super clean for top-notch quality. The special taste of our pickle comes from using cold-pressed black sesame seed oil, which gives it a unique and yummy flavor. First, we gently cook finely cut mangoes in this special oil. In another mix, we cook a combo of green chillies, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves until they're a nice golden color. We add a mix of red chilli and Kashmiri chilli paste to make it just right – not too hot, not too mild. The cooked mangoes join this tasty mix, simmering gently over low heat. We carefully add hot water, vinegar, and salt to create a delicious blend of flavors. Turning up the heat, the mix bubbles and comes together perfectly. To finish off our tasty pickle, we add mustard and fenugreek powder, along with a bit of asafoetida. The result is a burst of flavors in every spoonful, making it a truly unforgettable treat.
